Link Outlook to Less Meeting

Less Meeting connects to your Microsoft 365 / Outlook calendar through your Microsoft account, so there’s no add-in to install.

1. Sign in to Less Meeting and open your Applications settings.
2. In the Microsoft 365 section, click Connect next to Calendar and grant Less Meeting access to your Microsoft account.
3. That’s it. Less Meeting finds the meetings on your calendar and syncs them every 30 minutes.

Want your action items in Microsoft 365 Tasks too? Click Connect next to Tasks in the same section, and action items sync both ways.

Not on Microsoft 365? You can also add [email protected] to any meeting invite and it will link to Less Meeting.
