For sales managers

Walk into every 1:1 knowing the trend.

Attach a KPI chart to each rep's recurring 1:1 and watch quota, pipeline and activity move across the quarter. Coaching commitments carry into the next one until they're done.

A 1:1 about this week's number is a status update, not coaching.

Coaching needs direction over time, which is hard to see when each 1:1 starts from a blank page. See how many of these you recognize:

Every 1:1 turns into firefighting whichever deal is loudest this week
You can recall a rep's number for this month but not the direction it's been moving all quarter
Coaching commitments made in the 1:1 are gone by the time the next one starts
Each rep's 1:1 runs differently, so you can't compare how the team is tracking

kpi tracking

Each rep's numbers, trended across every 1:1

The KPI charts live on the recurring 1:1 itself, so the history is already there when you sit down.

Quota attainment Last 5 1:1s
  • D. Whitfield 112% 112% of quota
  • P. Raman 98% 98% of quota
  • M. Bell 71% 71% of quota, below pace
  • A. Okafor 104% 104% of quota
1 rep down three 1:1s running, long before the quarter misses
  • A KPI chart per rep, on their 1:1

Attach quota attainment, pipeline coverage, activity, or whatever you hold the team to. The chart belongs to that rep's recurring 1:1.

  • Trends across every occurrence

Each number charts across all past 1:1s with that rep, so you walk in knowing whether the trend is up or down over the quarter.

  • Thresholds flag drift early

Set the target on any KPI and an off-pace number is obvious at a glance, weeks before it becomes a missed quarter.

  • One agenda template, every rep

Build the 1:1 structure once and apply it across the whole team, so you're comparing like with like and no rep gets a worse meeting than the others.

pipeline reviews & coaching

Run the pipeline review on the same rails

A weekly pipeline review is a recurring meeting like any other, so it gets the same treatment: a timed agenda, the numbers attached, and whatever came out of it owned by someone.

Coaching commitments carry into the next 1:1 until they're done, which makes the coaching cumulative rather than a fresh start each week.

  • Per-topic time limits, so one deal can't consume the whole review
  • Pipeline KPIs charted across every occurrence, with thresholds
  • Open items from last week's review surface in today's view
  • Two-way sync with Microsoft 365 and Google tasks
  • Automated reminders chase the owner. How action tracking works

Sales Manager FAQ

How It Works

Does this replace my CRM?
No. The CRM is the system of record for deals. Less Meeting is where the 1:1 and the pipeline review happen: the agenda, the numbers you review, the coaching commitments, and the follow-through on them.
Which KPIs can I track on a 1:1?
Any number you want to trend. Quota attainment, pipeline coverage, win rate, activity, new logos. You attach the KPI charts you care about to the recurring 1:1 and set a threshold on each so off-pace numbers stand out.
Can I use the same 1:1 structure for the whole team?
Yes. Agenda templates apply across a recurring series, so every rep gets the same shape of 1:1 with their own numbers and their own open items.

Is This the Right Fit?

Does a bot join the 1:1 to record it?
No. Nothing joins the call and nothing is recorded or transcribed. A 1:1 covering performance, pay, or someone's frustrations is the last conversation most reps want a recording of, so notes are written by the people in the room, encrypted, and shared only with who you choose.
What does it cost for a sales team?
The Team plan is $5.90 per user monthly, or $4.90 per user billed yearly, with seats purchased in groups of 10. Every plan starts with a free 14-day trial and no credit card, and you can bring the whole team into the trial.
