Plans & Billing
Which plan is right for me?
Personal covers your own meetings and 1:1s. Team adds everything you need to run meetings across a group: shared agendas and notes, team reminders, and team dashboards with meeting-cost analytics. If more than one person needs to collaborate in the same meetings, choose Team.
How does the free trial work?
Every account starts with a full-featured 14-day trial, no credit card required. When it ends, add seats to keep going; nothing is charged until you do.
How do Team seats work?
The Team plan is $5.90 per user monthly, or $4.90 billed yearly, which is less per user than a single Personal seat. Seats are billed in groups of 10, so you buy them 10 at a time and add another group whenever you outgrow the last one. Assign and reassign seats to teammates from your account page.
Can I combine the Team and Personal plans?
No. An account is on either the Personal or the Team plan. Keeping each account on a single plan is what lets us offer the lower per-user team rate.
How will I be billed?
Monthly: after your trial, we charge your card once a month, in advance. Once a month of service has started, that month is owed in full even if you cancel partway through.
Yearly: pay for the year up front and get 2 months free.
Do you offer refunds?
Yearly plans are paid up front for the 2-months-free discount, so they're non-refundable. On monthly billing you can cancel anytime, and you're only responsible for the current month.
What payment methods can I use?
Visa, MasterCard and American Express, processed securely by Stripe. Your card is never stored on Less Meeting servers.
Security & Privacy
Do you record or transcribe our meetings?
No. Less Meeting adds structure and accountability to the meeting itself. No bot joins your call, and nothing is recorded or transcribed. Your notes are only what you and your attendees write.
Is my meeting data safe?
Yes. Your meeting data is encrypted with AES-256, using randomly generated IVs and salts. Only you and the attendees you share a meeting with can see it.
Can Less Meeting staff see my meetings?
No. Our team can help troubleshoot account issues but cannot read your meeting notes or action items.
Is my billing information secure?
Yes. Card details are held by our payment processor, Stripe, which is fully PCI compliant, so they're never stored on Less Meeting servers.
