## Personal

For your own meetings and 1:1s.

- Monthly: $12/user per month, for a single user
- Yearly: $10/user per month, billed yearly
- Includes: timed agendas & templates, real-time collaborative minutes, action items with automated follow-up and carry-forward, KPI tracking, automatic meeting score, real-time calendar sync (Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace), task sync, iPad & iPhone apps, unlimited meetings/attendees/uploads

## Team

To get your whole team on shared agendas, notes and analytics.

- Monthly: $5.90/user per month, billed in groups of 10 ($59/month)
- Yearly: $4.90/user per month, billed yearly in groups of 10 ($49/month)
- Everything in Personal, plus: team daily reminders, shared action items & notes across the team, team dashboards with analytics & meeting-cost reports

Team seats are billed in groups of 10, so add another group whenever the team grows, and reassign seats to teammates at any time. An account is on either the Personal or the Team plan, not a mix.

## FAQ

**Which plan is right for me?** Personal covers your own meetings and 1:1s. Team adds shared agendas/notes, team reminders, and team dashboards with meeting-cost analytics. Choose Team if more than one person needs to collaborate in the same meetings.

**How does the free trial work?** Every account starts with a full 14-day trial, no credit card required. Nothing is charged until you add seats.

**How do Team seats work?** $5.90/user monthly or $4.90/user billed yearly, which is less per user than a single Personal seat. Seats are billed in groups of 10.

**Billing:** Monthly plans are charged once a month in advance; a started month is owed in full even if you cancel partway through. Yearly plans are paid up front for the 2-months-free discount and are non-refundable; monthly plans can be canceled anytime.

**Payment methods:** Visa, MasterCard and American Express, processed by Stripe. Card details are never stored on Less Meeting servers.
