An account is on either the Personal or the Team plan, not a mix.

## FAQ

**Which plan is right for me?** Personal covers your own meetings and 1:1s. Team adds shared agendas/notes, team reminders, and team dashboards with meeting-cost analytics. Choose Team if more than one person needs to collaborate in the same meetings.

**How does the free trial work?** Every account starts with a 14-day trial of every feature, no credit card required, and you can invite your whole team into it. When it ends, choose Personal or Team to keep going. Nothing is charged until you do.

**How do Team seats work?** Seats are bought in groups of 10. One group is $59/month ($49 on yearly billing) and covers up to 10 people, so a full group works out to $5.90/user ($4.90 yearly). 14 seats means two groups. Seats can be assigned and reassigned to teammates from the account page.

**Does everyone in my meetings need a seat?** No. Invited people receive the agenda, the minutes and the daily digest emails without an account, and can mark their own action items done from those emails. A seat is for people who take notes, create and assign action items, sync their calendar and tasks, or run team reports.

**Does it work with Zoom, Teams or Google Meet?** Yes. Less Meeting works from the Microsoft 365 or Google calendar, so the call tool doesn't matter.

**Billing:** Monthly plans are charged once a month in advance; a started month is owed in full even if you cancel partway through. Yearly plans are paid up front for the 2-months-free discount and are non-refundable; monthly plans can be canceled anytime. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.

**Payment methods:** Visa, MasterCard and American Express, processed by Stripe. Card details are never stored on Less Meeting servers.

**Security & Privacy:** No bot joins your call and nothing is recorded or transcribed. Meeting data is encrypted with AES-256 and visible only to you and the attendees you share it with.
