Yes. Less Meeting connects to your **Microsoft 365 / Outlook** calendar through your account on the server side, so your meetings sync the same whether you use Outlook on a Mac or on Windows — there's no desktop add-in to install.

Just link your Microsoft account when you [set up calendar sync](/help/step-2-link-your-calendar-to-less-meeting/) and your meetings will start syncing automatically.
